but without disturbing any of existing apps or settings - just
configure WIndows 7 as a Virtual Machine.

dual-boot alongside an older version of Windows or inside a Mac, these

I spent almost the entire day playing around with Windows 8 and finally installed it on all the three machines
that I have – two of them were previously running Windows 7 while the
third one is an iMac running Mac OS X Lion. Everything just worked
without any issues.
